Package inspection and damages

Please inspect the package upon delivery, a signature will be required by the shipping company, DO NOT ACCEPT the package if it is no longer sealed; no adhesive tape is used by our team at MTL Custom Jewelry during the shipping process. By signing upon delivery, you agree that the package has not been previously opened. Please contact us immediately if you returned the package so we can solve the issue.

Item inspection

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that our team at MTL Custom Jewelry can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Account credit

We accept exchanges up to 7 days after delivery. The item has to be unworn and in its original condition. You’ll need to send us pictures and also need the receipt or proof of purchase. It has to be returned to us first with the original packaging. After inspection, we will proceed to a credit of the total amount to your account.
All returns and exchanges are in the form of a credit to your MTL Custom Jewelry account for futur purchase. All transactions are final and not refundable. For custom orders, due to the labor and costs incurred, payments are not creditable nor refundable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
