We try to respond to every message as soon as they come in, but you can expect to hear back within a maximum of 24h.
☝️ Take your measurements
In order to ensure your jewel fits you perfectly, we need to have the exact measurements of your finger, wrist or the length of the chain you would like.

Quote and timeline expectations
Based on how much gold, diamonds or other materials will be required and how much labor will be needed to realise your project, we get back to you with a price and an idea of how long the project will take.
A deposit will be required to start the project. We will send you an invoice by email including all the necessary information to get started.
🔥 PROJECT KICK OFF
Once everything is discussed and approved on your side, we get started on the project. We take your base jewel and start the customizations. Added materials, engravings, resizing, etc.
This part of the project takes around 3 to 7 days based on the complexity of the customizations. At this point in time, we will be able to confirm the date of completion with you.
🌟 THE RESULT & DELIVERY
The Project is completed! We send you a photo of the realisation to get you excited and we ship the jewel via Canada Post with Tracking Number.
You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it's shipped! We also offer in-store pick up if you're too excited and can't wait! (believe us, you're not alone)

Local shipping takes from 1 to a maximum of 9 business days based on the priority of the service you selected and where you are located. The average delivery time is around 3 days.
All items are shipped from our Montreal locals.
