What materials are your jewels made of?

🥇 All our Gold pieces are made of 100% Solid Gold. None are simply plated or filled. Real gold lasts. It will not oxidize or discolor, so you can wear our jewels every day & every night.

What if my jewel doesn't fit?

Every jewelry item you purchase from us is backed by a comprehensive 3-month guarantee, ensuring your peace of mind and satisfaction. This guarantee covers normal wear and tear that may occur during regular usage of the jewelry item. We believe that jewelry is meant to be worn and cherished, and our guarantee reflects our commitment to supporting you through your journey with our pieces.

How can I place an order?

Once you have found the item you wish to purchase, click on the “ADD TO CART” button. Follow the instructions through the ordering process to complete your purchase. The transaction will not be transmitted until the process is complete and you have provided your credit card information or payment method. How can I get my own custom piece?

Get in touch with us, we will discuss your preferences and the budget. Once agreed, you will need to make a 50% deposit before your project gets started.

I want to get a product but it is out of stock. What can I do?

Contact us, most likely we will be able to ship it to you within a week.

How do you deliver the product?

Canada Post or UPS with Tracking Number.

Are there shipping fees?

Yes, for all orders under $500.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?

Contact us as soon as possible, if the product is not shipped yet, we will be able to change your order.

Can I return my order?

Yes, if the item is still new.

Can I get cash back if I refer a friend?

How long does it take to get my custom piece?

It can vary from 1 week to a maximum of 2 weeks.
